COALITION OF CHRISTIAN COWBOYS, INC.
STATEMENT OF POSITION

Coalition of Christian Cowboys, Inc. has no ambition of it's own, but to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ and the work of the Lord.

Supreme authority over this organization and all it's actvities is vested in God's own Son, The Lord Jesus Christ, and exercised by the Holy Spirit. This must be recognized and practiced as laid out for us in God's divinely inspired Word, the Holy Bible.

Coalition of Christian Cowboys, Inc. is NOT a substitute for the local church or assembly, nor is in in competition with any denominational group. It seeks rather, through God's enabling grace to be a supplement to all local churches, denominations, and in harmony with the will of the Almighty God. It's Function is to proclaim the Word of God. It is designed for outreach and building up the Body of Christ, God's blood-bought people, and in harmony with the work of the Holy Spirit, is an active force in the Lord's program for the present day.

Our Purpose: We are a Christian group of cowboys and cowgirls that uphold the cowboy and western way of life. We witness to individuals that, they too, can be saved by accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior. We supply Christian literature for distribution and growth in their lives. This is accomplished by drawing together people who have a common culture or social bond in the livestock industry, regardless of denominational affiliation.

Our Mission Statment: We are a faith based group of ranchers, farmers, cowboys, and cowgirls who fellowship with all, lead by example, give to our communities, provide for families and individuals that are in need due to fire, injury, illness, storm or crop damage, etc. Every request is individually and carefully considered by the board of directors and then brought to a vote of the general membership.

Prayer: Seek God's guidance and His perfect will for Coalition of Christian Cowboys,  Inc. Proverbs 16:3 tells us "to commit our works to Him and our thoughts will be established and our plans will succeed".

C      To believe that "Jesus is the Christ" is to believe that he is the Anointed, the Messiah
of the prophets, the Savior sent of God, that he was, in a word, what he claimed to be.
This is to believe the gospel, by the faith of which alone men can be brought unto God.
That Jesus is the Christ is the testimony of God, and the faith of this constitutes a
        Christian. (1 Corinthians 12:3; 1 John 5:1)

O       " I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to
        come, the Almighty." (Revelations 1:8)

W       I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And When I had heard and seen
them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me.
But he said to me, " Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the
prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!"
        (Revelations 22:8,9)

B       This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of
         sins (Matthew 26:28)

O       Fear the Lord your God, serve him only and take your oaths in his name. (Deuteronomy 6:13)

Y       "Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you
will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light"
        (Matthew 11:29,30)
